Refund policy

All Axiora journals and planners are printed on demand and made to order after each purchase is placed. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once the issue is reviewed, we will let you know whether a replacement or refund is available.

Items must be unused and the issue must be reported within the stated timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an order or fulfillment error.
